Our fresh loaves are best kept at room temperature in a sealed plastic bag. Without preservatives, bread stays fresh for only 3-5 days. However, toasting or making French toast is a perfect for solution bread a few days old.
Unbaked sweet rolls should be kept in the fridge until baking. On the day of baking, remove the pan two hours before baking to allow the rolls return to room temperature and finish rising. Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes. You can glaze with icing made from 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1-2 T of milk.
We suggest you enjoy your rolls within two days of purchase. We do not recommend freezing unbaked rolls. However, you can bake rolls for 25 minutes, cover and freeze after cooling, and then enjoy them warmed at a later time.
